how to get subtitles for a dvd from Japan ? + "School of the Holy Beast" on dvd

There are times I wish I didn't understand.  (Sukebancho gerira was even
worse.)  Imagine the dirtiest thing you can to fit the scene and you've
probably figured it out.  Have to give Suzuki some credit though; he gives
new life to the term "bathroom humor"--consistently, film after film.
Watching only one Truck yaro is probably enough as the series follows a very
strict pattern.

I might as well mention that amidst Toei's recent backcatalog DVD releases,
a few of the Truck Yaro movies have rolled out.  It looks like "Choro Q" is
selling toy models of the Yaro's trucks as well...
(http://www2.toei.co.jp/cq/)  So why is Seiju Gakuen being released in the
West but not Truck Yaro?
