Anime on US cable TV

Speaking of anime, did anyone see the "Steam Boy" teaser that ran with the 
last Conan/Crayon Shinchan double feature? The new film from Akira director 
Otomo Katsuhiro is supposed to be coming out in Autumn this year, but the 
producers seem to be pursuing a rather low key promotional campaign.  For a 
film of its reported budget (about 2 billion yen I think) and production 
period (8 years), you'd think they'd be marketing the hell out of it.  
Suzuki An, recently seen in "Returner", will be voicing the main character, 
Ray.
