dvd, vcd, vhs, etc

 After some overdue procrastination I decided that this weekend will be the
weekend of shopping for movies. So, I humbly ask for recommendations of
*where* to find the most movies in Tokyo for the best prices. English
subtitles would be nice, but not necessary depending on the film. I know
this has been asked before on the list, but I've never compiled a list of
stores that I can check out.
  The locations I have in mind are: Shinjuku, Koenji, Kichijoji.
