Yamagata

Dear All,
Reading earlier postings, I suppose that at least some
Kinejapaners are here in Yamagata. I have just arrived
(Saturday midnight) and went straight to Komian but didn't
see anyone with the kinejapan logo on their foreheads!
So, we shall resort to plan B. My mobile number is
090-9235-3720 and I'm staying until the end of the
festival (Washington Hotel).
Tomorrow (Sunday), Debris, a Palestinian documentary, and
Hibakusha, the acclaimed Japanese documentary about
victims of radiation in Japan, Iraq, and the U.S., will be
shown at Muze from 14:00. I will be interpreting the Q&A
after Debris, with the director Abdul-Salam Shehadeh
present.
