Assistant Professor, Department of Theatre and Film, University of Kansas. Full-time, tenure track position, beginning August 18, 2004. Contingent on final budgetary approval. Required qualifications: Ph.D. in Film/Media studies with an emphasis in Japanese Film/Media; working knowledge of Japanese; excellence or demonstrated potential in research and teaching. Review of applications begins December 1, 2003, and will continue until the position is filled.
