Thanks for the website link, Miles.  Dates seem to be 21-25 September.

Well, that's not the list of films I saw, albeit unofficially.  But 
perhaps what I saw was the full list of films submitted by government 
agencies.  For example, the Government Information Office in Taiwan had 
a group of judges pick three films from the past twelve months, but 
only one seems to be listed on the website.  Perhaps this isn't the 
final list, perhaps the more interesting titles aren't listed because 
they're not open to the public, or perhaps they missed a great 
opportunity and dropped the more exciting films on offer to them from 
Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.  Governments agencies have the power (in some 
territories) to submit films that filmmakers might want to otherwise 
keep for other film festivals, hence the potential great selection.
