Toei Video to show banned scenes on the internet

Can anyone with a firmer grasp of Japanese text than myself confirm what
exactly this DVD is...I initially saw it advertised on cd.japan whose
listing suggests it is the film, but I now suspect it's not the actual
film...maybe a making-of? Here's the link to the official site's info on the
DVD; there seems to be mention of deleted scenes so I wonder if these are
what Toei is making available online?
