Dear drainer,
   Sorry, I don't have exact coordinates. According to a wide show I saw at
the time the road precisely crossed an area of Yotsuya in which several
well-known scary tales from the Edo period were set. An early evening show
actually did a five minute parody of one of the tales based on some parts
of the scandal involving Kitano.
