Actor Yousuke Kubozuka - Possible suicide attempt

"Actor Kubozuka Jumps From Apartment, Still Conscious"

(Kyodo) Kanagawa Prefecture, Yokosuka City, West Uraga. On
June 6th, at approximately 12:10am, actor Yousuke Kubozuka
jumped from the 9th floor of an apartment building.
Kubozuka sustained injuries after falling approximately 26
meters onto the grass below. He was carried to hospital by
ambulance, remaining conscious. Uraga Police haven't ruled
out a suicide attempt, and are investigating further.

Kubozuka of course starred in such recent films as
"Laundry", "Go", "Ping Pong", "Madness in Bloom (Kyouki no
sakura)", and "Samurai Resurrection (Makai Tenshou)". I
think he's one of the best young actors in Japan. Hope he
recovers.
