JASIAS Conference

The 30th annual conference of the Nihon Eizo Gakkai (Japan Society of 
Image Arts and Sciences) will be taking place this weekend, June 5 to 
7, at Tokyo Kogei Daigaku (Tokyo Polytechnic University) in Nakano, 
Tokyo.

The first day will feature a symposium on cinema and national identity 
and the second will be filled with academic papers on a variety of 
topics, including Ichikawa Kon, Oshii Mamoru, and Toei. A complete

Non-members can participate for only 500 yen.
