Sorry, I don't have any idea about which name Nakahira might have used...
According to Inuhiko Yomota's book "Asia No Naka No Nihon Eiga"
(approximately "Japanese Films in Asia", Nakahira shot two films in Korea,
both after he had hit hard times after leaving Nikkatsu (after their switch
to Roman Porno) to start an independent production. He was invited to Korea
by Shin San Oku (I hope I'm transcribing the name correctly) with whom he
had had friendly relations for quite some time. He shot a remake of his 1958
Yujiro Ishihara vehicle "Ko No Tsubasa" (CRASH LANDING OF YOUTH, that
Stephen was referring to) in 1974. There is no mention of what the other
film was about or what it was titled as- just that Nakahira shot the film
with an all-Korean staff, and that that (according to Yomota's interview
with Shin) caused some problems.
