Grad Program at University of Minnesota (Clarification)

    I would like to clarify my previous announcement about the new Grad
Program in Asia Literatures, Cultures, and Media at the University of
Minnesota. To be considered for financial support, applications must be
RECEIVED by Dec. 3rd. A postmark by that date will not be sufficient.
