24th Pordenone Silent Film Festival

Just a quick note to refer anyone interested to the website of the 24th
Pordenone Silent Film Festival (Le giornate del cinema muto): a program of
Japanese cinema was to be offered next year, but is at present planned for
this year, 8-15 October. All info on registration, travel, accommodations is
available on the website, although no info on the program is available yet.
I think there are less expensive accommodations available for students on a
limited budget, but please check the website and/or contact person to be
sure.


This year the festival will be returning to Pordenone, after several years
in the neighboring town of Sacile.
