PiFan Prematurely Put Out to Pasture

Received this announcement regarding the end of PiFan,
which had done its part to support Japanese cinema
throughout its run. There is an attached Word file with
contact information and further details but I wasn't sure
if the list supported attachments. Is there an associated
ftp server where list members could d/l it if so desired?

Dear friends, 

On behalf of the festival director, programmers and staffs
of PiFan, I
regretfully announce you that fantastic film festival in
the city of Puchon
is finished. The organizing committee has dismissed the
festival director
Kim, Hong-joon on 30th of December, 2004 and now all the
staffs including
the 3 programmers are fired by the committee. 

The city of Puchon claims PiFan is their own ?business
?, and not the
young film manias?. 

All the audience of PiFan, the directors & producers of
Korean film
industry is furious about this brutal decision. 

We will fight to save the spirit of fantastic festival!
The name of city
can be forgotten, but the fantastic film festival will be
back!!!

We?ll try our best to build a real fantastic film
festival in Korea.
