Seeking 1920s Director's Name-Yomi Confirmation/Correction

There is a Japanese director who made silent films in the 1920s, and went on to direct sound films in the 1930s. He is listed as 志波西果, and sometimes as
志波青果, so I believe his name probably ought to be pronounced Shiba Seika. I can find all kinds of entries about him in Japanese in the various Japanese Internet data sources, with a good deal of information, but no yomi given that I can find. I can't find the yomi in any of the reference books I have either. I need to write his name in roman letters only once, but I'd like to be sure of the pronunciation.
I know that several authorities on early films in Japan belong to this list,and I'd be very grateful if someone can help by confirming or correcting my guess.
