Hayashi Kaizou contact?

Thanks so much as well.  I had actually emailed the Kantoku Kyokai with this very intent, but haven't heard back yet (not even a response of "received your email" from them).  Its been about 10 days since I emailed.   Maybe they'd be more forthcoming with a response by phone?  I'll give a follow up phone call a try.
