YOKO SUGI is well known for her role in _Aoi Sanmyaku_, and has also worked 
with directors such as Naruse Mikio, Tanaka Kinuyo and Kon Ichikawa. In May, 
she was appointed Bunka Koryushi (Special Advisor for Cultural Exchange) by 
the Bunka Cho (Cultural Agency). The Kwaidan screening is one of the events 
organized through this project. She will be at the screening event.
