Larry,

I have a copy, which I can lend you if you can't find it elsewhere.
The Donald Keene Center at Columbia should have one, too (though it now may
be in the Starr Library at Columbia).  Director Kurisaki Midori gave the DKC
2 or 3 copies back in 1997, when I did the "Chikamatsu Symposium" at
Columbia.  I suggest that you contact Starr Library for an inter-library
loan, or call the Keene Center (212-854-5036).

If all this fails, contact Ms. Midori Kurisaki at
