NHK drama "kempou-ha madaka" from 1996

Dear all,

last week a japanese article on constitutional reform (published in a 
legal journal in Japan) has drawn my attention to a NHK TV drama aired 
in 1996. It was called 憲法はまだか and centred around the birth of the 
current constitution of Japan.

Now, I would certainly like to see it (being a lawyer) and I wonder if 
anyone on the list could advise me on how to get hold of a copy of that.
