Technical question RE: KINEJAPAN digest 1757

I suspect this is Japanese encoded text. The problem is that there
are four or five different systems for encoding, and Mac sometimes
uses a different one than Windows. There should be a menu item in
your browser to choose between them. It will instantly convert to
Japanese text when you find the right one.
