Second-hand DVD shops in Tokyo

Another shop to try is Disc Union in Shinjuku (3-chome 31-4) which 
has some used DVDs on the 3F. The shop is not very big but their 
taste seems somewhat outr?, so you can find interesting things there 
at prices that won't empty your bank account as fast, also "zone 0" 
DVDs.

No and no, at least not DVDs produced by the larger companies. 
Recently, there has been an interesting discussion on this mailing 
list about why Japanese production companies have failed to subtitle 
most DVDs.
