Recent Japanese Films about Food?

I wonder if last year's Pia Film Festival winner Hakko/Fermentation,
directed by Madoka Kumagai is available - you could ask PFF. It isi
about a young, frustrated stay-home mother, who intentionally lets
food go rotten so she can complain to the supermarket.
