This news is a bit late, but the 28th Yokohama Film Festival Awards 
have been announced on their website:

The Yokohama Film Festival is a citizen-run festival/award and tends to 
be more independently oriented than the major polls or awards. Here are 
the results, first of the best ten (with one extra film thrown in), and 
then of individual awards:

1) Yureru
2) Hula Girl
3) Kiraware Matsuko no issho
4) Yuki ni negau koto
5) Kamome shokudo
6) Yokohama Mary
7) Strawberry Short Cakes
8) Yawarakai seikatsu
9) Hakase no aishita sushiki
10) Toki o kakeru shojo
11) Kamiya Etsuko no seishun

Best Picture: Yureru
Best Director: Nishikawa Miwa (Yureru)
Best New Director: Nakamura Takahiro (Yokohama Mary)
Best Script: Nishikawa Miwa (Yureru)
Best Cinematography: Ishii Isao (Strawberry Short Cakes)
Best Actor: Kagawa Teruyuki (Yureru)
Best Actress: Aoi Yu (Hula Girl)
Best Supporting Actor: Sasano Takashi (Nezu no ban, etc.)
Best Supporting Actress: Fukiishi Kazue (Yuki ni negau koto); Nakamura 
Yuko (Strawberry Short Cakes)
Best New Face: Matsuyama Ken'ichi  (Death Note, etc.); Yoshitaka Yuriko 
(Noriko no shokutaku)
Special Jury Award: Yokohama Mary
