Thanks for the reference. Commercial tie-ups are an important issue, 
but I was pointing to commercials that were not tie-ups, at least not 
in the normal sense. There probably is no clear borderline, but I was 
pointing to commercials that come out like a year or more after the 
film--and thus don't do much to sell the film--but rely on audience 
knowledge of the film to tell their stories.
