Ishii Katsuhito films/commercials

I was a big fan of "Taste of Tea" and now that I've gotten around to
watching "Nice no Mori" I'm back on an Ishii Katsuhito kick. 

Does anyone know if his early films (like his animated short "Wild
World" or his short film "Promise of August") are to be had in any
form? What about any of the commercials he has worked on?
