Query: Japanese Films Set in New York City

Dear Brian,

Thank you very much! I have "Udon" sitting right here. It had originally seemed to me that I'd heard it had an American setting, but after I watched "Moyuru toki," set mostly in Southern California, I thought that must be the noodle movie set in America. Thanks to you, I realize now that both noodle films have some US settings in them.

Right now, faute de mieux, I'm using "Moyuru toki," but as a one-time New Yorker, I prefer NYC.

Thanks Again,

Michael (McCaskey)
Georgetown
