North Korea in Japanese Cinema since 1990

It's a South Korean film, but 2009: Lost Memories takes a look at the world
through a "what if...Japan still annexed Korea?" looking glass.

Lee Sang-il's first film, Chong, also supposedly deals with Korean's living
in Japan, but I haven't seen it, so I'm not sure if it's North or South
Koreans.
