This sounds like an interesting book - especially your chapter. I will order a copy, but I may try Amazon.com, Amazon UK, and Amazon.de, to see if they might have a lower price. A colleague published a scholarly book a couple of months ago, and I was able to get it for a few dollars less from Amazon.com, with free delivery, since it was delivered within in the USA.
