Hello all,

My sabbatical is ending on December 31st, and I will be returning to 
the US with my family. We will be vacating a lovely duplex in 
Meguro-ku, 2 mins. walk from Toritsudaigaku Stn. on the Toyoko-sen, 
only 5 stops from Shibuya. It has 1 1/2 bathrooms, three bedrooms, 
and a living/dining area adjacent to the kitchen. It is fully 
furnished. It seems that this rental property has passed from 
academic to academic since it was built about 15 years ago. We would 
love to "leave" the house to a scholar(s) with kids, since it's 
perfect for a family. If you are interested in renting the house, you
