Speaking of new books.... Has Aaron's Kitano book been published yet? I pre-ordered this ages ago... And has anyone heard anything recent about Catherine Russell's Naruse book (Duke University Press). This was due out last October (or so I thought), but I can't find any info on the DUP website. MEK
