Aha, right. My mistake. It's been so long since I've seen the Gunsmith Cats OVA. However, since Rally isn't black, I can't think of many black lead characters. I'll keep looking. Cheers anyway!

Sorry, have to nitpick here -- I believe Rally Vincent in Gunsmith Cats is supposed to be half-Indian, not of African descent.
