Horitsu jimusho for copyright questions

Dear All,

A friend of mine asked me a question about copyright and fair
use of a Japanese film. I'm not an expert, so I suggested they
try to find a horitsu jimusho that offered copyright advising
services.

I did a Google search and there seem to be a few out there,
but I wanted to ask the list too. Do any of you have
experience negotiating copyright issues with major studios? Is
there a jimusho or particular lawyer anyone could recommend?
