TV Japan

Hey guys,

I used to get TV Japan through Dish Network many years ago--even though it
was so long ago it's still the same.

It's one of the most expensive international channels they offer and with
your monthly $25 you will get morning/evening news, some educational
programs, a couple of variety shows (plenty of obaasans singing on
weekends), historical drama, sumo, and a movie on Saturday evenings. Their
schedule is printed on the site iirc.

It's essentially a NHK variety pack, though unfortunately missing some of
the better programming.

To be honest, I don't think it's worth the money as it's not too exciting.
It really is a shame that JNET was shut down...

Cordially,

daniel
