Venue suggestion for Kinema Club X

Well, it's still centrally located which would be good for those of you who 
have never been to Tokyo, though I agree, getting to Odaiba is a bit of a 
bother on weekends since it's a popular place, especially now with warmer 
weather and the "authentic" beach they have there....

And with a modern building at least you'll have central airconditioning (May 
isn't too bad, but last week it got to 28C a few days, which is warmer than 
usual).

It's a big, modern place.

One potential issue is that it's a bit remote: TIEC is on the far side
of Odaiba. To get there, takes about 15 mins on the monorail from
Shinbashi-eki.

Seems hard to beat that price, though.
