Level A/Level B - Applications are invited for a full-time continuing
position in Film & Television Studies.

Applications are invited for a full-time continuing position in Film &
Television Studies. Applicants will be required to undertake teaching in
the School's undergraduate and postgraduate courses and contribute to its
research profile.

The successful applicant will have or be about to obtain a doctorate in
film & television, or a related disciplinary area, will have appropriate
tertiary teaching experience, be able to show potential for doing high
quality research and attract external grants. An interest in at least one
of the following would be desirable:
Asian cinema, Cult film studies, European cinema, US Independent cinema, or
theoretical and practical developments in new media and film.

Appointment will be made at a level appropriate to the successful
applicant's qualifications, experience and in accordance with
classification standards for each level.

The Benefits
Remuneration package: $73,776 - $79,194 / $83,363 - $98,994 pa Level A
PhD/Level B (includes employer superannuation of 17%)
