Switzerland and Japanese Cinema

In terms of anime, the fairly recent series Kurau had episodes in Switzerland, and the extras include a lot of detail on the mountain panoramas. Babel II OAV had a Swiss hide-out (a popular theme), and I think there’s an episode of Lupin III TV that takes place in Switzerland. Aurupusu monogatari: watashi no Annetto is in the alps, not explicitly Switzerland, but it feels like it is. While Swiss Family Robinson and the Trapp Story anime series include Switerzland as an aside, these had a profound impact together with Heidi. It seems to me that BBC and some other european stations did reports on Japanese tourists to Switzerland visiting anime sites.
Best,
Tom

Hello!
Concerning the representation of Switzerland in animes (I don't know about Japanese "live cinema"), I would also add Arcadia of my Youth / Waga Seishun no Arukadia – わが青春のアルカディア and Kishin Heidan - 機神兵団. They both feature scenes taking place in Swiss alpine settings, the second one being most interesting in my view, as it introduces the figure of Einstein, who spent a part of his life in Switzerland. So far, these are the only one that come to my mind, besides Heidi, of course.

A rather peculiar question (and nothing to do with Roman Polanski):
Does anyone have information regarding Switzerland in Japanese cinema and vice-versa, i.e. swiss/japanese locations or themes in japanese/swiss movies, other relations like coproductions etc.?
There's probably not much more than Takahata's 'Arupusu no shojo Haiji', Morimoto's adaptation of 'Ichigensan' and Daniel Schmid's 'Written Face', but if something pops up in your mind, I'd be glad to know. It can also be some anecdotal detail. Answers off list are welcome.
Thanks in advance
Beat
