I guess there's a way to acces to Japan-limited YT contents through use of proxy ? (Somewhat i didn't yet explore .. but if NHK forces us to do so ..). I already miss the gurugurudokkan thing!

An organization I've been working for (Khmer Legacies) has been using
this for a
little over a year now to encourage volunteer community translation of Khmer
Rouge survivor testimonies (you can search for "khmer legacies" on the site to
see the videos, though many still don't have subs). The people who run the
service have provided us unlimited free access to support the cause. Thumbs
up! It's a great tool.
