Help in identifying a film

Folks, I received a message from someone trying to track down an older film--as described, the scene doesn't ring any bells with me... Can anyone help?

Here's the gist of the message:

"Forgive me, I am now elder man at age 70.  Long time ago, around in 1960's, I have seen a film of samurai of a small man and tall man walking together. One of them has the strength by using hand to the enemy's chest and pulled out heart.  It was an amazing work done long time ago."
