BEAUTIFUL FIGHTING GIRL + (added) Question re Dark Dreams

I appreciate the information very much. I just bought a copy of BFG from Amazon 
for $14.96, paperback. It will be interesting to compare the ideas with those in  
Lamarre's Anime Machine, which I already have.

Also, does anyone when Jim Harper's new book Dark Dreams: The World of Anime 
Horror is likely to be coming out? I've been on the Amazon waiting list for it for a 
while. Is it already available somewhere else?
