Three events around the "LOST TRIBES" project, at the International Film
Festival Rotterdam
1:
The second screening of the short "Finding the Telepathic Cinema of
Manchuria", commissioned by Animate Projects, is tomorrow, 2/4 @ 17:30,
Cinerama 2.
2:
The installation "The Telepathic Movietalkers of Manchuria" [see
attached photos] is at the Alliance Francaise, Westersingel 14,
Rotterdam [across the canal from the Schouwberg], location 12 of the XL
Project.... this closes at the end of the day on Saturday. This includes
sections from "The 100 Telepathic Paintings...", "The 100 Telepathic
Devices...", "The 100 Telepathic Places...", and The 1000 Movies..."
3:
Fabienne Stadelman [classical alto] and I [laptop video mix] did a live
version of the "Finding..." short last Sunday at Yourspace, also part of
the XL Exhibit, followed by a projection of Wax or the Discovery of
Television Among the Bees, released 20 years ago... it has been that
long since the first Gulf War.
