Sasaki Mamoru in Polizeifunk ruft (TV series)

Hello all,

I am trying to learn more about Sasaki Mamoru, beyond what I know of his
collaboration with
Oshima, and came across the German TV series Polizeifunk Ruft for which
he wrote two episodes.

According to imdb, Sasaki is credited for
 – Flucht nach Kyoto (1968) (writer)
 – Empfang in Japan (1968) (writer)

Does anyone know if this series is available on DVD/VHS with
English/Japanese subtitles?
