Thanks, Fred, for that.
If I search on Amazon.com, I get the one, but it doesn't appear on Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.co.jp.  But one 'invisible hand' is all we need.
By the way, the other San Sebastian book, this year, Animatopia, mentions some Japanese films, but I wouldn't put it in the same league as the Oshima book.
