[KineJapan] scripts/films based on novels

[Japanese Cinema Discussion Forum via KineJapan]

I wonder if there isn't more scholarly work on literary adaption for
Japanese film than other national cinemas. Keiko McDonald, for example,
devoted much of her career to this. And we enjoy the added twist of manga
adaptions thrown into the mix.

Check out those books. They're fascinating!
