[KineJapan] question re Masanao Abe's cloud images

Apologies for the perhaps slightly out-of-context mail this afternoon,  
but I would like to ask the list for possible help with a publisher's  
contact in Tokyo, as I need to sort some copyright issue concerning an  
image/book page from:

Masanao Abe (1937) Distribution and movement of cloud around Mt. Fuji  
studied through photographs at the Abe Cloud and Air Current Research  
Observatory, Gotemba, near Mt. Fuji, July 1932 to August 1933;  
published by Central Meteorological Observatory, Tokyo, 1937.

As I cannot identify any other publisher details than 'Central  
Meteorological Observatory, Tokyo'; is there anyone on the list you  
knows of the book and can possibly advise?

Any help would be much appreciated.
