[KineJapan] SOAS library cuts

Dear KineJapaners,

Please excuse the parochial appeal but large-scale cuts at SOAS libraryhave been announced, including half of all subject librarians, of which I understandthe actual selection has not yet been made.

As a lowly external reference user, I have found Fujiko Kobayashi alwaysincredibly helpful, even though it can be quite hard to find her behind thepile of books to process. I feel there must be other members who have benefitedfrom these services either directly or indirectly.
