[KineJapan] Abayo Jo!

[Gerow Aaron]

Upon hearing of the passing of Shishido Jo, I wrote up a little remembrance of him, based in part on the event I did with him and Yomota Inuhiko at Meiji Gakuin back in 1999. I even found the poster for the event in my files! Jo was not only a great performer, but he was my first real experience of what a Japanese movie star from the studio era is like.
