[KineJapan] Film fests of yore in Yurakucho/Hibiya

Aaron-
Toho took down the small Godzilla statue that was at eye-level and during
the recent renovation constructed a new, bigger one in that square. It sits
atop the kiosk/coffee shop that is across from Toho's corporate HQ.
