[KineJapan] 2nd Ōshima Nagisa Prize not awarded

Dear all,

The second edition of the Ōshima Nagisa Prize, an award established to
support emerging Japanese filmmakers (last year's winner was Oda Kaori)
went to...nobody. The jury thought that this year there weren't suitable
candidates.
