[KineJapan] Small detail in Yoru no onnatachi

Hi!
Just doing Finnish subs for Mizogiuchi's Yoru no. onnatachi. Natsuko is,
toards the end, found not to be only pregnant, but have some disease, but
whatdisease? It is not venerreal I think, like what her sister Fusako gas.
It is at 0:44 minutes. Something like "baibaku kansen". And the time is
late 1940s so anything common back then...
