Mystery solved - the English-language press release is of course basically
a word-for-word translation of the Spanish (including the translated title
of the book)!

The Basque-language version of the blurb was sensible enough to keep the
book title in Spanish:

Zikloa osatzeko, Inuhiko Yomotaren *Crónicas de vanguardia. Conversaciones
con Hiroshi Teshigahara* liburua argitaratuko da. Daniel Aguilarrek itzuli
du japonieratik gaztelaniara. Liburua Euskadiko Filmategiarekin elkarlanean
editatu da.
